Cancellations and Refunds:
We are small lodge and late cancellations have a significant impact. Within seven days, or for no shows, the full deposit will be charged.
Deposit and Payment: In order to confirm your reservations at Dad Ibe Lodge, we require a payment of a one night deposit at time of booking. Final payment will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.
For travel May 1-31, August 1- December 14: Cancellation received within 30 days, a penalty equal to the total cost of one night's lodging will be imposed.
For travel December 15-April 30 and June 1-July 31: Cancellation received within 30 days is non refundable.
Modification / Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be received in writing, by e-mail. The following charges will apply when cancellation is made after the booking is confirmed by Dad Ibe Lodge . Days prior to scheduled departure: 45 days to 31 days a full refund, minus a U.S. $50 handling fee will be made. 30 days to 15 days a 50% refund will apply over total package cost, and 14 or less days a 100%% penalty will apply. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance. Note: The same fees apply for partial cancellations of a booking.
Note:
During the Christmas season (December 20 – January 05) cancellations must be received no later than 45 days in advance of your trip. Cancellations made with less than 44 days written notice will be fully charged at 100%.
